Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Duckfeet, so we offer a simple return and exchange process for unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure your boots or shoes are tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to maintain their pristine state for eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original Duckfeet box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
